Any act of love is an act of healing. A healing can be a event, a process or even a miracle. I am a Healer, and I offer healing in lots of wonderful ways.

In the coaching and counselling work I do, I offer ways of changing ourselves, through our ways of thinking and experiencing life.  It can be called many different things and presented by different modalities and techniques yet it’s all about shifting our minds into greater alignment with our greater selves. This is where we discover and experience the release of conditioning and toxic shame and open to the truth of who we are – that  we are lovable and a miracle in progress.16729422001_08d7cb9459_o

When we know better we can do better. The amount of unnecessary anguish, depression, hopelessness that I see people living in, that is not necessary, is what drives me to continue to do this work with others. Most often, it is the ongoing fear and pain thats demands a need for change and makes people reach out for support. So often it is simply about not knowing how to get on their own sides with ways of thinking, doing and feeling that support you to love and thrive.  It’s your deeper self reaching out to you, wanting you to know who you are, to show up and heal all separation from it.  You get to use medication to cope, use EFT and other techniques to manage your state of being, but imagine being connected to a source of well-being and love that is within, as a constant. It’s possible.

We don’t know what we don’t know. Much of the work starts with accepting that and opening to give ourselves what we need to grow.

The more open we choose to be, the greater the amount of change we can embrace. Finding out how closed we might be in certain areas, (oh, we all have the need to be right!) is  often the first step. People are often astounded with the work we do together. ” I did not know that!” ” I never thought of that, that way.” “That’s so true, jeesh, why didn’t I see that?”

Yet, when you do and it aligns with what you want for your life, its effects can change everything! Read on about the different kinds of healing techniques and modalities I do with counselling and coaching, and if you want to – check out my other kinds of healings at

What does Spiritual Counselling Mean?

The kind of Spiritual Counselling I do ids focussed on the soul as the centre of all. It comes from the perspective that we are spiritual beings first and foremost.  Not just the Mind, as most counselling practices work from.  From this perspective the Soul, rather than the Mind, is its starting point.  This then encompasses all spiritual, psychic, multidimensional, and metaphysical experiences that create our own unique path, our own personalized human experience.  12347985_633055713499365_5834003619366061185_n
So in a counselling session, you discover your own spirit, your own truth and heal in ways that are guided by your spirit, who knows what is perfect for you in the moment and in the long run. In order to do this, we start by  getting out of your head, into your feelings and into the somatic experiences of your body, may be an important first step.  This also opens you to experience the living reality of energy more easily.
Spiritual Counselling is different for everybody depending on your nature, your past and where you are at in terms of self-awareness, and the consciousness presently available to you.  Remember you are always at the perfect place at the perfect time, and you have eternity to fall in love with all that you are.

Metaphysics, We Create our own Reality and All That, is it true?

The basis of metaphysical counselling is that our thoughts, beliefs and behaviours greatly impact our states of mind, emotions, physical health and the quality of life we are living. That physical symptoms and even diseases are caused b87f0e4e37e7e43a583c5193dd2c914d5 2y our beliefs and fears.

Therefore as souls, we can change our fears into love, and be all happy and healthy.  It works with our bodies as a reflection of our state of being on all levels. Louise Hay’s Book “You Can Heal Your Life” is a wonderful example of this.

This way of counselling is not based on shaming anyone, whether they are sick or not. It is a way to coming to understand how powerful we are, especially in our feelings and thoughts.  We can only be responsible for what we consciously know.

Scientists say we can change our DNA, so let’s all get access to this level of our power and change ourselves and the world. This is a process kind of counselling that empowers us to create our lives from soul.

Louise Hays, Terry Cole-Whittaker, Doreen Virtue, and Marianne Williamson have been great teachers of mine and are great proponents of Metaphysical Healing.

What is Attitudinal Healing?

Changing your attitudes and perspectives from fear based beliefs to one of loving and knowing.

This term was first coined by Gerry Jampolsky in the seventies, in his book called, ”
Love is letting go of Fear” based on the teachings of The Course in Miracles.

Here are the Twelve Principles of Attitudinal Healing

1. The essence of being is love.
2. Health is inner peace.
3. Giving and receiving are the same.
4. We can let go of the past and the future.
5. Now is the only time there is.
6. We learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than judging.
7. We can become love-finders rather than faultfinders.
8. We can be peaceful inside regardless of what is happening outside.
9. We are students and teachers to each other.
10.We can focus on the whole of our lives rather than on the fragments.
11. Because love is eternal, death need not be viewed as fearful.
12. We can always see ourselves and others as extending love or giving a call for help.

Other Modalities and Influences

I was involved in intensive Bioenergetic Therapy for years in the late seventies.  This is a body centred therapy, similar to Primal therapy. Barbara Brennan’s books Hands of Light and Light Emerging”, are based on Bioenergetic Therapy as are Anodea Judith’s books.  I see, sense and read the aura of the people I am working with as well.

Training and Credentials

Lots of training through tons of experience. I did not choose to go into institutional trainings as I could not be who I was and express my innate gifts of healing and intuitive counselling.  So I ask people to get a sense of whether it feels right to come to see me – or not.  Knowing I am a catalyst healer for reality shifts, you might sense a bit of discomfort, might not know why you feel it’s right, however, bring the body and the ego will follow.
